Mark A. Winsor
On his show, Mark discusses serious issues with humor and entertainment. He is a frequent speaker at seminars and other events, has hosted talk shows on KKNT and KPXQ and has made guest appearances on other radio and television shows.
Mark is the Founding Partner of Winsor Law Group, Winsor & Tirado, PLC and Winsor & Coleman, PLC and focuses his practice primarily in Business Law, Bankruptcy, Real Estate Law, Estate Planning and Investment Law, including real estate and private equity. Mark has been an Entrepreneur for over 30 years. He has created and developed businesses in financial services, international trade and distribution and legal services. He is distinguished for his knowledge in Arizona’s anti-deficiency laws and for compassionately and professionally helping people facing foreclosure or selling their house through a
short sale.
Mark served as a missionary in Norway and afterwards co-founded an import and distribution business in Norway. He also built a Financial Services Business which spanned five states, including Utah, Ohio, Arizona, Hawaii and California. For many years, Mark served in the Army National Guard and the Air National Guard and achieved the rank of Major. Mark and his wife Shelly have six children and five grandchildren. He is very active in his church and is also involved in Scouting and martial arts.
